Due to ongoing updates on the Coronavirus and or COVID-19. We ask that all patients bring only themselves and if needed one support person. If you have had any sickness such as cold, flu, coughing, sore throat or fever symptoms or have been exposed to anyone that is sick in the last three weeks please do not come into the office and call to reschedule for a later date and time.
